I just saw the story and thought to myself, wouldn’t it be great if ALL churches actually helped their members with money instead of building these monuments to themselves and wasting the hard earned dollars of their loyal members. I applaud you and your efforts (and I’m an atheist). Keep up the great work and kudos for an even greater idea.

Thanks for showing the love of God – not just in prayer only, but meeting the physical needs of the people. As you may know, it is a lost art in today churches.
“Which every joint supplieth” as the scriptures states, Christ will come and take us home. I just wanted to give you praise for your effectual working in the measure of every part, as it grows and becomes strong because of love!

What an awesome story! My heart was filled with joy as I watched this piece on NBC Nightly News. This is what Jesus taught; and to think, the people who received, didn’t ask for help!
I also saw the news this evening and I wish I lived in the Schaumburg area. It is nice to see that there is a church out there that practice what they preach.

This is how it should be. The early Church believers sold all they had and gave to poorer than themselves. They lived as a community and were blessed. For the woman who said she had never heard of a church giving away all their money . . . it is THE WAY. What you see on Sunday morning every where else is man’s selfish way.
